As your Health Coach, I will listen carefully and help you to navigate the world of contradictory nutrition advice to determine what changes are necessary for you.
The health and appearance of our skin is a reflection of our inner health. My inspiration to become a Board Certified Health Coach (my training was with the http://www.integrativenutrition.com) came from working, hands on, with clients for over 10 years in the professional Esthetics Industry and observing how skin care product choices and professional skin treatments are not always enough to reach your skin care goals. We must delve deeper than the surface of our skin and understand that our complex bodies are an expression of our lifestyle, happiness, nutritional needs, and overall wellbeing.
Skin eruptions and pre-maturing skin are the result of many variables: diet, stress, hormones, and lifestyle. As your Holistic Health coach, I will integrate these variables with home care and professional treatments while exploring the significance of diet and nutrition, healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular physical activity and a spiritual awareness, as they are essential forms of nourishment as well. A welcomed side effect to this integrative holistic mind-body approach is balanced, radiant skin.
As we work together in individualized one-on-one sessions, you will achieve a more vibrant, clear and youthful complexion, increased energy, reduced stress, enhanced sleep, boosted immunity, weight loss, improved digestion, more meaningful relationships and a deeper connection with your authentic self.
